Philosophy

Your body has over 600 muscles which serve to support, protect and move your body throughout your life. When pain arises in your body it is striving to communicate with you that something needs to change to help restore balance. Within Jason’s specialized clinic he will help you to understand more clearly the nature of your muscle pain through a complete evaluation before recommending a treatment program.

Your First Visit to the Clinic

Jason’s primary goal during your first hour is to evaluate your posture, muscle balance and to massage your muscles to determine the root cause(s) of your symptom(s). As a holistic practitioner Jason is skilled in helping you understand the 6 key sources of stress: physical, emotional, chemical, thermal, electro-magnetic and nutritional and how they trigger pain in your body.

Your Treatment Program

Each subsequent treatment session will encompass a blend of deep tissue massage, trigger point release and myofascial release techniques to focus on the muscles involved in your pain pattern. We offer treatments of 30-mins to 1.5 hours in duration.

Maintenance Treatments

Once Jason has helped you to relieve your initial symptoms and restored normal muscle function, he recommends scheduling a monthly plan of maintenance massages in order to re-assess your muscles. Jason has a diverse client base, the vast majority of which have been receiving benefits from his continued maintenance treatment for several years. This single approach to his treatment program makes a significant difference in the prevention of recurring muscle stress and tension.

If you have any questions regarding Jason’s treatment philosophy please visit our contact page and call or email us today. Jason looks forward to providing you with excellent service.
