A foundational one-on-one session designed to explore your body's unique language and patterns. Through somatic awareness, we will identify areas of tension and begin the process of emotional and physical integration.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received the welcome email, we ask that you complete the medical history online, your booking is subject to approval and acceptance of the owner. LIFE Massage is a professional environment and we prioritise your wellbeing, this initial step allows for a clear communication line to be developed prior to your visit to the studio.
